Gym Performance wurde im Jahr 2014 ins Leben gerufen mit der Absicht, Personen zu unterstützen um in Form zu kommen und Mitmenschen für einen aktiven Lebensstil zu inspirieren. Selbstvertrauen, sowie Wohlbefinden steigern, Fitnessziele erreichen und gesunde Gewohnheiten aneignen – dafür steht Gym Performance. Gym Performance zeigt die Wichtigkeit der Ernährung auf und informiert, wie nicht nur die Leistung im Fitnesscenter, sondern auch die mentale Kapazität am Arbeitsplatz gesteigert werden kann. Mit dem vollumgänglichen Fitnessprogramm zur Traumfigur: Während drei Monaten wirst du professionell unterstützt, sodass du deine Fitnessziele mit Sicherheit erreichst. Das Online Coaching Package beinhaltet einen individuellen Ernährungsplan, ein auf dich abgestimmtes Trainingsprogramm, sowie eine Supplementations-Empfehlung.

Zusätzlich finden regelmässige Check-Ins statt, bei welchen die Fortschritte analysiert und neue Ziele definiert werden.
