My original daily routine has been completely overthrown and my habits have changed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The new phase of life as a young father certainly comes with some new challenges.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>My fitness and gym performance lifestyle suffered a little when I adapted to my new lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yet, I refused to accept a &#8220;Dad Bod&#8221;!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>A new family member is no reason to get lazy, after all.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In this article I would like to share my experiences as a young father to show you how I maintain my fitness despite work and family.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Dad Bod&#8221; is out &#8211; &#8220;Fit Dad&#8221; is the name of the game!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/gymperformance.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Fit-Dad-mit-Fit-Maus.jpg&#8221; _address=&#8221;0.0.0.4&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>A Fit Dad needs to be flexible<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Do you want to meet a colleague at a certain time in the gym?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Eat dinner as planned at 8.00 p.m.?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Start the weekend with a slack jog in the park?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Anything that used to be possible without any problems and things that were even part of your daily routine are suddenly not so easy anymore.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>My only a few months old princess Lara is now determining my schedule.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Whether in the morning, at noon or in the middle of the night &#8211; Lara&#8217;s needs always have priority.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Only when my baby fell asleep and is fed and has received enough attention, it&#8217;s daddy&#8217;s turn to make some plans.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>As a father, you are limited in the things you can do<\/strong>, and at what time you can do them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And this is something that I personally have to struggle with.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It will probably still take a while until I get used to the new circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But sooner or later I&#8217;ll have to come to terms with it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And to be honest, this is not as bad as it sounds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Instead of working out with my gym buddy, I&#8217;ll just work out by myself &#8211; or with whoever I happen to meet at the gym.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Instead of a jogging session in the park on a Saturday morning, I\u2019ll do a cardio session during Lara&#8217;s afternoon nap.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Instead of eating at exactly 8.00 pm, it now varies between 7.00 pm and 11.30pm &#8211; _i=&#8221;6&#8243; _address=&#8221;0.0.0.6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Fight Your Lack of Sleep With Caffeine<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Every family man knows the consequences of sleep deprivation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A newborn baby requires attention and time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lots of it!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To get up for your little one in the middle of the night is one thing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In fact, even nights without any sleep are not uncommon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At least during the first few weeks after birth.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sleep deprivation has a marked effect on your performance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Not only at work, but also in the gym.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Caffeine, such as a calorie-free energy drink or a pre-workout booster usually helps against fatigue.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But an energetic workout after two consecutive nights without sleep?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Even three espressos won&#8217;t help you there!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The fact that sleep has an effect on my <a href=\"https:\/\/gymperformance.ch\/\">Gym Performance<\/a> is nothing new to me, of course.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But the way a sleep deprivation affects my mood and energy levels has been one of my biggest learning experiences of the last few months.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>My tip? Skip your workout and treat yourself to a good rest! In my opinion, an intensive workout every other day is more effective than daily gym sessions with no energy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>By now, my girlfriend and I agreed on a bed in a separate room &#8211; the ultimate luxury solution!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Many thanks to my girlfriend at this point.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And even if she will not read this article due to the language barrier: I appreciate your understanding.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Maximum Intensity in Minimum Time<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m sure that everyone has been asked before whether they would like to have children in the future.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Just two years ago my answer was, \u201cI work full-time, I work out daily, I coach gym performance clients and I want to enjoy some free time &#8211; how am I supposed to manage all this with a child?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Today, this hypothetical situation is my new reality.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I still have my job. I still run my online coaching service. I can also be found regularly in the gym.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There is even some time for Netflix &amp; Chill almost every day!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/gymperformance.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/FIT-DAD-Netflix-And-Chill.jpg&#8221; alt=&#8221;Fit Dad &#8211; Netflix And Chill&#8221; title_text=&#8221;Fit Dad &#8211; Netflix And Chill&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; align_tablet=&#8221;center&#8221; align_last_edited=&#8221;on|desktop&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;3.28&#8243; max_width=&#8221;70%&#8221; max_width_last_edited=&#8221;on|phone&#8221; module_alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; _i=&#8221;7&#8243; _address=&#8221;0.0.0.7&#8243;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.28&#8243; _i=&#8221;8&#8243; _address=&#8221;0.0.0.8&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Admittedly, it is anything but easy to find a good balance.<\/strong> Certain areas have suffered, at least temporarily, such as the promotion of my side hustles \u201cGym Performance\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A baby requires time and patience. Spending several hours a day in the gym (and producing content) is something I don\u2019t want to do since that would mean an even greater load on Lara\u2019s mother.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>This makes it all the more important to use any time available effectively.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I personally like to increase the intensity of my workout with drop-sets, super-sets and circuits. This allows me to keep the training sessions short and still get the maximum out of them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If a visit to the gym is not possible due to lack of time, you can do bodyweight workouts anywhere and at any time, without any equipment or machines.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>An example is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=IBuwNheltdI&amp;t=13s\">Full Body Crossfit Workout<\/a>. Depending on the speed, this can even be just as effective as jogging.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Personally, I like to listen to a podcast while walking. And if the sun shines, I don\u2019t want to get back home at all.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to Lara, I even claim to have taken more steps on average than ever before!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Spending time with your daughter and getting fit &#8211; _address=&#8221;0.0.0.12&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>When the Fit Dad Loses Control<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Discipline and persistence are among my strengths.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Whether it is a specific diet over several months, learning a new language or a 30 miles march in the army &#8211; I have often shown a strong will.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But Lara presents me with a completely new challenge.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The combination of little sleep, irritable mood, frustration and a screaming baby at 03.00 in the morning even led me to lose control.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the first time in my life I experienced an uncontrolled ravenous hunger attack, reached for the candy drawer and ate whatever was in it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>About 5.000 calories and a huge amount of sugar in less than 10 minutes &#8211; just gone.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Of course I didn&#8217;t feel any better.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On the contrary: only a few minutes later I felt guilty and questioned my behavior.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What is a completely new situation for me is a familiar problem to many of my Gym Performance customers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Over and over again, I hear stories that have caused a loss of control that lead to ravenous appetite attacks.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Although the situations vary greatly from client to client and also differ from my story, the cause of uncontrolled cravings is always the same: STRESS!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I cannot describe the experience as particularly positive.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yet, it helps me to understand my clients better, to learn to deal with the problem and to optimize my <a href=\"https:\/\/gymperformance.ch\/fitnessprogramm\/\">coaching<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/gymperformance.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG-20181205-WA0002.jpg&#8221; _address=&#8221;0.0.0.13&#8243;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.28&#8243; _i=&#8221;14&#8243; _address=&#8221;0.0.0.14&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Fit Dad or Dad Bod \u2013 The Choice is Yours<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>My conclusion of the first months as a family man: Fathers need to be flexible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A baby comes with many new challenges and requires some drastic changes in your lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, the new situation is a great opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Not only the child learns from it, its parents, too.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basically, my daughter is a first class personal trainer for me and my girlfriend. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>She teaches us to set priorities and how to get the best of our free time!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>My fitness and my online coaching business may have suffered a little, especially during the first weeks after the birth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>But to get lazy and to quit on your workout just because of your offspring?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>No way!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I will still be active and follow my passion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You want to be a role model for your own child and exemplify a sporty lifestyle, after all.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And since many fathers use the new life situation as an excuse and reason for gaining weight, a fit dad can be all the more proud of himself.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>One thing is clear: As a family father you want to take responsibility as a parent and be there for child and mother.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/gymperformance.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/IMG-20181230-WA0041.jpg&#8221; Neu bestimmt n\u00e4mlich meine nur wenige Monate alte Prinzessin, Lara, meinen Terminplan.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Egal ob morgens, mittags oder mitten in der Nacht - die Bed\u00fcfnisse von Lara haben stets Priorit\u00e4t. Erst wenn mein Baby ausgeschlafen und ges\u00e4ttigt ist sowie gen\u00fcgend Aufmerksamkeit erhalten hat, dann ist Daddy mit seinen Pl\u00e4nen an der Reihe.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Als Vater ist man fremdgesteuert.<\/strong> Eine Erkenntnis, mit welcher ich pers\u00f6nlich zu k\u00e4mpfen habe. Es wird wohl noch eine Weile dauern, bis ich mich an die neuen Umst\u00e4nden gew\u00f6hnt habe. Fr\u00fcher oder sp\u00e4ter werde ich mich jedoch damit abfinden m\u00fcssen.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ehrlicherweise ist dies auch nicht weiter tragisch. Anstatt mit dem Gym Buddy wird nun eben alleine trainiert - oder mit wem auch immer, der zur gegebenen Zeit im Gym anzutreffen ist.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Anstatt eine Joggingrunde im Park am Samstagmorgen wird die Cardio Session w\u00e4hrend Lara's Nachmittagsschlaf durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Anstatt das geplante Men\u00fc exakt um 20.00 einzunehmen, varriert die Einnahmezeit zwischen 19.00 und 23.30 Uhr - sem problemas!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image _builder_version=\"3.9\" src=\"https:\/\/gymperformance.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Fit-Dad-mit-Lara-Maus.jpg\" module_alignment=\"center\" alt=\"Fit Dad mit Lara-Maus\" title_text=\"Fit Dad mit Lara-Maus\" align=\"center\" max_width=\"70%\" \/][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"3.9\"]<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong>Schlafentzug mit Koffein bek\u00e4mpfen<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Jeder Familienvater kennt die Konsequenzen von Schlafentzug.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ein neugeborenes Baby erfordert Aufmerksamkeit und Zeit. Viel Zeit! Wegen des Babys mitten in der Nacht aufzuwachen ist die eine Sache.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Tats\u00e4chlich sind aber auch N\u00e4chte ohne jeglichen Schlaf keine Seltenheit. Zumindest in den ersten Wochen nach der Geburt.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Schlafentzug wirkt sich markant auf die Leistung aus. Nicht nur auf der Arbeit, sondern eben auch im Gym.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Gegen M\u00fcdigkeit hilft normalerweise Koffein, so etwa ein kalorienfreier Energy Drink oder ein Pre Workout Booster.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Doch ein energievolles Workout nach zwei aufeinanderfolgenden N\u00e4chten ohne Schlaf? Da helfen auch drei Espresso nichts!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Dass sich Schlaf auf die <a href=\"https:\/\/gymperformance.ch\/\">Gym Performance<\/a> auswirkt ist mir nat\u00fcrlich nichts Neues. Doch wie markant sich Schlafentzug auf die Stimmung und den Energielevel auswirken geh\u00f6rt zu einer meiner gr\u00f6ssten Lernerfahrungen der letzten Monate.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Mein Tipp? Das Traning lieber einmal auslassen und sich gute Erholung g\u00f6nnen! Ein intensives Workout jeden zweiten Tag ist meiner Meinung nach effektiver als t\u00e4gliche Gym Sessions im Halbschlaf.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Inzwischen konnte ich mit meiner Freundin auf ein Bett in einem separaten Zimmer einigen - die ultimative Luxul\u00f6sung! An diese Stelle vielen lieben Dank an meine Freundin. Und auch wenn sie auf Grund des Sprachproblems diesen Artikel nicht lesen wird: Ich sch\u00e4tze dein Verst\u00e4ndnis sehr!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong>Maximale Intensit\u00e4t in minimaler Zeit<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Sicherlich wurde schon jeder einmal gefragt, ob man einmal Kinder haben m\u00f6chte. Noch vor zwei Jahren lautete meine Antwort: \u201eIch arbeite Vollzeit, trainiere t\u00e4glich, coache Gym Performance Kunden und m\u00f6chte etwas Freizeit geniessen \u2013 wie soll ich da noch ein Kind managen?\u201c<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Heute ist die hypothetische Situation Realit\u00e4t.<\/p><p>Meinen Job habe ich noch. Mein Online Coaching Angebot betreibe ich nach wie vor. Auch im Gym bin ich regelm\u00e4ssig anzutreffen. T\u00e4glich mehrere Stunden im Gym zu verbringen (und Content produzieren) kann man einer Mutter nicht antun.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Umso wichtiger ist es, die zur Verf\u00fcgung stehende Zeit effektiv zu nutzen. <\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ich pers\u00f6nlich erh\u00f6he die Intensit\u00e4t des Trainings gerne mit Dropsets, Supersets und Circuits. Dies erlaubt es mir, die Trainingseinheiten kurz zu halten und dennoch das Maximum herauszuholen.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Sollte der Besuch im Fitnesscenter aus zeitlichen Gr\u00fcnden mal nicht m\u00f6glich sein, eignen sich Bodyweight Workouts welche immer und \u00fcberall durchgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen, ganz ohne jegliche Ger\u00e4te und Maschinen.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ein Beispiel daf\u00fcr ist das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=IBuwNheltdI&t=13s\">Full Body Crossfit Workout<\/a>. Ideal f\u00fcr einen Fit Dad!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=IBuwNheltdI&t=13s<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong>Mehr Bewegung dank Baby!<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Einen Nachmittag alleine mit dem Baby verbringen bedeutet keinesfalls Hausarrest.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>In der Tat kann ein Vater-Tochter-Nachmittag gar sehr sportlich sein.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Ein Spaziergang an der frischen Luft ist nicht nur f\u00fcr das Baby ein Erlebnis, sondern auch eine effektive Methode, um Kalorien zu verbrennen. <\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image _builder_version=\"3.9\" src=\"https:\/\/gymperformance.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/FIT-DAD5.jpg\" module_alignment=\"center\" alt=\"Fit Dad beim Laufen\" title_text=\"Fit Dad beim Laufen\" align=\"center\" max_width=\"45%\" \/][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"3.9\"]<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Den Kinderwagen auf einer Strasse mit starker Steigung zu stossen, treibt den Puls erfahrungsgem\u00e4ss schnell in die H\u00f6he. Je nach Geschwindigkeit kommt dies gar dem Joggen gleich.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Pers\u00f6nlich h\u00f6re ich gerne ein Podcast w\u00e4hrend dem Spazieren. Scheint zudem die Sonne, w\u00fcrde ich am liebsten gar nicht mehr zur\u00fcckkehren.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ich behaupte gar, dank Lara durchschnittlich mehr Schritte zu absolvieren als je zuvor!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Zeit mit seiner Tochter zu verbringen und dabei fit werden - hervorragend!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image _builder_version=\"3.9\" src=\"https:\/\/gymperformance.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/IMG-20181230-WA0076.jpg\" module_alignment=\"center\" alt=\"Fit Dad and Fit Mum\" title_text=\"Fit Dad and Fit Mum\" align=\"center\" max_width=\"45%\" \/][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"3.9\"]<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong>Wenn der Fit Dad die Kontrolle verliert<\/strong><\/h2><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Disziplin und Durchhaltewille geh\u00f6ren zu meinen St\u00e4rken. <\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Sei es eine Di\u00e4t \u00fcber mehrere Monate durchzuziehen, eine neue Sprache zu lernen oder einen 70-Kilometer-Marsch in der Armee zu absolvieren - in Vergangenheit habe ich oftmals einen starken Willen bewiesen.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Lara stellt mich allerdings vor eine v\u00f6llig neue Herausforderung.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Die Kombination aus wenig Schlaf, gereizter Stimmung, Frust und einem kreischenden Baby um 03.00 Uhr morgens f\u00fchrte mich gar zum Kontrollverlust.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Das erste Mal in meinem Leben erlebte ich eine unkontrollierte Heisshungerattacke, griff zur S\u00fcssigkeitenschublade und ass, was auch immer sich darin befand.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ungef\u00e4hr 5\u2019000 Kalorien und eine Unmenge an Zucker in knappen 10 Minuten - einfach so gegessen.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Besser f\u00fchlte ich mich nat\u00fcrlich nicht. Im Gegenteil: nur wenige Minuten sp\u00e4ter versp\u00fcrte ich schlechtes Gewissen und hinterfragte mein Verhalten.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Was f\u00fcr mich eine v\u00f6llig neue Situation darstellte, ist vielen meiner Gym Performance Kunden ein bekanntes Problem. Immer wieder h\u00f6re ich Geschichten, welche Kontrollverlust verursacht haben und zu Heisshungerattacken f\u00fchren.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Obwohl die Situationen von Kunde zu Kunde stark variieren und sich auch von meiner Story unterscheiden, ist die Ursache f\u00fcr unkontrollierte Heisshungerattacken immer dieselbe: STRESS!<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Das Erlebnis bezeichne ich nicht als besonders positiv.
