My first goal was to re-gain all my ring skills at the beginning of January:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFirst of all, I want to do as much fitness related\u00a0things as possible. Unfortunately, I have to join the army for the next 4 weeks and won&#8217;t do much more than standing guard for most of the time, so there is not a lot of free time to work out. However, I will probably be able to train on weekends and after the army, I want to re-reach my actual fitness level as fast as possible. In other words, I will train a lot during Christmas break \ud83d\ude42\u00a0I want to keep or re-gain my ring skills including combinations of front- and back lever, muscle-up, forward roll etc.\u00a0at the beginning of January.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Time went by and it\u2019s already middle of the month. Fortunately, I had plenty of time to work on my skills as I took two weeks off from work over Christmas. I focused on the Iron Cross and also on the straddle planche during my training sessions.\u00a0 At the end of my holidays, I recorded a video to show you my improvements. At this point, I\u2019d like to mention that I set up my own <a>YouTube channel<\/a> and I already uploaded some footage from my training. However, I\u2019m proud that my iron cross improved and has become L-Cross. In other words, I achieved my first fitness related goal. Of course I\u2019m not satisfied yet and there\u2019s a long way to go. One problem I noticed is that my joints and tendons sometimes were overloaded, so that I barely could hold myself on the rings.
