It&#8217;s always super fun to mess around on the bars and develop new skills \u00a0with my american friends. I&#8217;ve been working on the Japanese handstand since a while. I often try it against a wall and to find the balance . The Japanese handstand \u00a0is actually much harder the regular one and I wasn&#8217;t able to hold it until today.<\/p>\n<p>As always, someone brought some parallettes to the beach and I was able to hold the handtand on my first try. Well, I think it&#8217;s easier on these parallettes than on the ground. However, I&#8217;m proud of myself that I&#8217;ve managed to hold it for at least 10 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s being said that I did not press into this position. In other words, I kicked myself up and held it then as long as possible.<\/p>\n<p>I will definitely work on this skill in future. I&#8217;m also aiming to press myself up into this situation.
