But what exactly is clean eating?
Simply put: If it’s processed, it’s not clean!
For 21 days, you’ll eat food that is processed as little as possible. Essentially, we look to eat foods in their whole forms, avoiding added sugars, salts, and fats. Foods that are high in fats and sugars are believed to produce inflammation – a state of systemic irritation that leads to chronic diseases.

The science behind clean eating
The British Medical Journal found fewer heart disease risks and greater longevity among adults who eat less processed food.
