How does it work?

The program comes with a complete meal plan which is based on a carb cycling protocol. It includes three different types of days: High Carb, Low Carb and No Carb. Basically, these three days are rotated (cycled) in a specific pre-defined order, scientifically proven to melt away fat.  By doing this our bodies will use fat for fuel instead of the sugar and carbs we normally get.

Are there any requirements for this home fitness program?

Absolutely not! Workouts can be done at home, in a hotel room, outdoor in a park in sunshine, or everywhere you want, with no equipment! Never pay for a gym membership again!

How do I know whether the fitness program is right for me?

As long as you want to get fit and lose body fat without going to the gym, then this is the right program. The program is particularly designed for busy persons who’d like to get rid of body fat and would like to work out at home or basically everywhere and at any time.

How much weight will I lose in these 90 days?

How much time is this going to take?

Between week 1 and 6, you will train four days a week. Ideally this will take place on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. However, you are free to structure your training days to accommodate your schedule. Three days are strength focused, using your own bodyweight to workout intervals and circuits. Day four is a cardiovascular training day. From week 7 on, you’ll  train 30 minutes extra, while additional training is a high intense interval training.

Workouts will take everything from 30 to 60 minutes.

How can I monitor my progress?

The Beach body Home workout fitness program comes with a custom spreadsheet in which you can enter the number of achieved repetition of each workout. This will allow you to monitor your progression in terms of fitness level. Also, I recommend weighing yourself once a week and taking body pictures, so you can monitor your progression.
